This omega dissolves foam and adds energy and vitality; thoughts become clearer, and it is easier to wake up in the morning. My hair and nails have improved, even a bit of my blurred vision has gotten better. However, I noticed some rash on my face and back. Taking it after 9 pm affects my sleep negatively, causing restlessness. Still, it boosts creativity and energy throughout the day. I tried giving the cat the contents of the capsule, but he refused. I gained 2 kg in the first week but lost 1 kg in the second, possibly due to active weight loss efforts. I may be overly sensitive to these effects, as very few reviewers mentioned similar experiences. I won’t be taking this again.
